Personalized for you

Every Staff Member is different. Every Staff Member has different induction needs. The induction platform provides you with a personally tailored induction plan that suits your specific role, location, and familiarity with the Organization. Your unique induction plan is divided into four categories (core, courses, recommended reading and tasks) and organized by a suggested timeline. We hope that you find your induction interesting and helpful.

Helps you manage and track

The induction platform manages the different components within your induction plan. It provides you with quick access to the source materials and an easy way to keep track of your progress. It provides you with new information and refreshers that are beneficial for both new and current staff.
